For our NEW customers, we start you off with our Introductory Cleaning (Deep Cleaning). This cleaning is time-based, however, it allows our cleaners to give you more of an extensive Housemaid cleaning experience.

Basic Cleaning Service Description:
Our Basic cleaning package covers essential tasks outlined in the checklist below. Please note that certain restrictions apply*:
Exclusions:
Our basic package does not include additional services listed under “More For You options.” These can be added upon request.
The following services are not included in the standard package: pet hair clean-up, interior cleaning of kitchen appliances such as fridge, oven, and cabinets, hand washing dishes, pantry organization, ceiling fan cleaning, laundry service, interior window cleaning, blind cleaning, balcony cleaning, wall cleaning and decluttering.
Please be advised that we do not provide ladders for safety reasons.

Deep Cleaning service Description:
Deep cleaning for residential spaces goes the extra mile, surpassing regular cleaning routines to ensure a pristine environment. Whether it’s scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, our deep cleaning services cover it all. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s included:
Dusting: We leave no surface untouched, from shelves to baseboards, light fixtures, we tackle those often overlooked areas with precision.
Kitchen: Clean and disinfect all appliances. Wipe down all countertops and backsplashes. Clean outside/inside of cabinets and drawers. scrub the sink and faucets. Clean inside the oven, microwave, and refrigerator

Bedrooms: Change bed linens and pillowcases. Dust and clean all surfaces. Vacuum or clean under the bed and in closets. Organize and declutter as needed. Living
and clean all surfaces, including furniture, bookshelves, and electronics. Vacuum or clean
upholstery. Clean windows and window sills.

- Pet Safety:
- Secure pets in a designated area away from the cleaning zone.
- Minimize stress for both pets and cleaning professionals.
- Notify of Special Requirements:
- Inform us of any specific areas or items needing special attention.
- Include delicate surfaces, valuable items, or areas with specific cleaning instructions.
- General Guidelines:
- Services are not performed during other ongoing activities (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.).
- No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.).
- No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.
- Dishwasher Usage:
- We are happy to load dishwashers but do not replace dishes in cupboards afterward.
- This is to avoid potential breakage.
- Reachable Areas:
- We clean areas safely reachable with telescopic tools and a step stool.
- Pet Hair on Upholstery:
- While our Deep Clean option includes vacuuming furniture, we do not guarantee the removal of all excessive pet hair from upholstery.
- Excluded Services:
- Cleaning exterior windows.
- Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.) – We will do our best.
- Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines.
- Cleaning light bulbs.
- Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes.
- Removing excess paint from surfaces.
- Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.).
- Handling heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, and other painted surfaces.
Note: Our intention is to provide the highest quality service while prioritizing the safety of your pets and the preservation of your belongings. We appreciate your understanding of our limitations in certain services.
